I don’t think I’ve ever been good at introducing myself, so I’m going to keep this short. I’ve been a software engineer / developer for 7 years now across a multitude of technologies, mostly doing backend work. A few months ago, I was brought into a large media company to assist them with getting an automated test suite up and running.  I settled in on using Selenium for a few reasons: I have used it in the past, it mimics much of what a user can do, and it is in the process of becoming a W3C standard.

This blog will serve as a place for me to write about my experiences with Selenium (specifically with Java/JVM languages), some code samplings, and some ramblings about other development topics.

Do you need some help setting up automation on your site or with your teams? Do you have an idea for an article? You see something which needs a correction? Please let me know!
